[Shipping & Returns Policy]

1. Production & Shipping All limited edition art prints are produced and shipped in strict sequential order of their edition numbers.

2. Returns due to Change of Mind Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.

  • Condition: The artwork, COA, and all original packaging must be returned in pristine, original condition. Refunds may not be possible if any signs of handling (e.g., fingerprints, scratches, or creases) are found.

  • Fees: A refund will be issued minus the full round-trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Damage, Loss & Misdelivery (Important) Processing of shipping accidents is determined based on the results of the shipping insurance claim.

  • If covered by Shipping Insurance:

    • Replacement: A one-time replacement will be produced and shipped free of charge.

    • Refund: A full refund (product + shipping) will be issued.

  • If NOT covered by Insurance (Incorrect address, refusal of delivery, etc.)

    • Refund: If the artwork is returned undamaged, the refund will be processed minus all round-trip shipping costs and the 15% restocking fee.

    • Re-shipping: Re-shipping is only available if the customer covers all additional round-trip shipping expenses.

4. Handling & Care

  • Framing Guide: The artwork is produced in a standard 50x70cm size, allowing easy use of ready-made frames available on the market.

  • Preservation: To prevent fading or damage, avoid direct sunlight and high humidity.

  • Handling: We strongly recommend wearing clean cotton gloves when handling or framing the artwork.

  • Certificate: The Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is unique and cannot be reissued. Please keep it in a safe place.

  • Liability: We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling, storage, or installation after delivery.
